5-1.簡単な解説
消化薬「タカジアスターゼ」の生産菌(Aspergillus oryzae)の1株のタンパク質分解酵素を精製して性質を特定し,作用機構を解明した(原著論文1-8)。放線菌(Streptomyces sp.)の1株から新コラゲナーゼを発見し、性質と作用機構を特定した。本酵素はヤクルト薬品がガンなどの研究試薬として商業化(原著論文9)。
